Adam Samuel-Bal

Adam graduated from the GSA with a 1st Class BA Hons in Musical Theatre.
Adam has worked professionally in a variety of disciplines from Musicals to straight plays and more recently Film.
He has taught various elements of stagecraft from dance to L.A.M.D.A. over the past 8 years and also works with children to develop their confidence and resilience skills in order for them to realise and achieve their true potential.
He believes the skills learnt through L.A.M.D.A. are so valuable and beneficial to the development of young people.
Natalie Bush

Natalie Bush

Natalie trained at Arts Educational Schools, London with a scholarship award, and graduated with a BA (Hons). Before this, she trained for four years at the BRIT School, gaining a Distinction grade in her BTEC National Diploma.

Natalie is a professional actor, singer and dancer, and has worked at the Edinburgh Fringe, on the West End, and worldwide. Shows include Saturday Night Fever, Hairspray, Elegies, and The World of Musicals. Natalie has been teaching for 5 years, and has worked as a member of Cariss Creative for four years, teaching all forms of discipline.

Natalie finds such an enjoyment in teaching and seeing the progress that can be made when children are supported, encouraged, and nitride through their developing years.

Kate Elin-Salt

Kate Elin-Salt

Katie has worked professionally in the performing industry since graduating from Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama with a BA (hons) Acting. Working as a professional actor, musician and singer she has performed leading roles in many of London’s top theatres including Shakespeare’s Globe, The National Theatre and West End. She has also worked extensively in television and radio. Katie is a classically trained musician and Grade 8 standard in singing, piano and violin. Alongside performing, Katie has a great passion for teaching and has built up extensive experience from private music and drama lessons, to larger work in classes, intervention work, musical direction of choirs, producing and directing whole school productions. Katie believes that her teaching instills confidence and a love of the arts in all children regardless of background. Katie has a huge amount of classroom experience with both SEN and mainstream children in many different settings. She has fantastic behaviour management and an enthusiastic but patient style; working with students and teachers to offer bespoke and adaptable lessons that promise to get the very best out of all children.

Adam Isdale

Adam is a professional actor and script writer, appearing on both stage and film. He is a passionate drama teacher, and has taught this discipline and Lamda for over 8 years. Adam has worked at various Theatre schools and is in partnership with various schools across London, where he writes and directs their school productions.

Helen Colby

Helen Colby

Helen is a professional actress and singer. She trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts and was awarded the Dame Judi Dench Scholarship award.

Her most recent credits include: Mrs Pratchett in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (Theatre Royal Drury Lane),Baroness Elberfeld The Sound of Music (Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre), Irene, Call The Midwife Christmas Special 2017, Neal Street Productions.

Helen also works extensively with children and young people in the arts – as a LAMDA coach, acting tutor, director and workshop leader.

Jessica Anne Ball

Jessica Anne Ball

Jessica is an experienced singer and actress and has worked extensively in theatre and television. She is a vibrant and talented tutor, specialising in singing and performance through song.

Jessica trained at The London School of Musical Theatre.

Most recent work includes Fairy G in Cinderella, Josephina in ‘When Midnight Strikes’ at The Gatehouse, Phyllis in ‘The Most Wonderful Time of Year’ at The Jermyn Street Theatre and Marjorie Taylor in ‘Allegro’ at The Bridewell Theatre, prior to that Jessica was lead singer for Classic international Cruises and toured with ‘Back to Broadway’ and ‘West End Story’. Other credits include Leika in ‘Maya’; a new musical at The Barons Court Theatre, Renee in ‘Elegant Fowl’ at The Old Red Lion Theatre, Helen in ‘Worth a Flutter’ at The New Red Lion Theatre and Ensemble in ‘1916 The Musical’ at West End Live in Leicester Square. She also narrates Audiobooks.

She works extensively with children and young people as a teacher, specialising in singing and performance through song. She is head of Singing at True Stars Academy and Agency; set up by Eastenders actress Brooke Kinsella and has directed a number of Summer Schools aimed at younger children. She also teaches for Stagecoach and Pippas Poppets.
