Changing The Way We Make Social Change

Project Mission: To generate positive change for young people by inspiring and celebrating creativity

Eager to readdress the ever decreasing time spent exploring, developing and celebrating creativity in schools, advertising agency Wieden + Kennedy tasked us with developing a robust, unique and long lasting social good platform to spark and honour creativity in young people… Forever Curious was born.

Now in its 4th year, Forever Curious uses a 3-year model to provide vital creative provision to struggling schools whilst providing unique opportunities for industry professionals to engage in real creativity and to inspire the next generation of creative minds. The project is broken down into 3 phases. W+K volunteers work 1:1 with children in facilitated workshops during each phase to explore, ignite and exploit those magic, fizzy moments when creativity strikes. These moments are captured, painted, acted out, drawn, and dressed up and then proudly displayed in an exhibition at Hanbury Hall for all to see.  

Forever Curious is the first of its kind within the creative industries, and sounds a trumpet for change. We’ve reached over 600 vulnerable young people and worked with over 300 industry professionals and we continue to grow. We currently work with 4 East London primary schools and work with young people from year 4 to year 6 supporting them to feel, experience and understand creativity for themselves and others.
