CarissCreative was founded in 2010 by Jodie Cariss (MA, BADth, HCPC), in response to a growing need for contemporary well-being support and therapeutic services, in a culture which sees pressure at an optimum and the mental health of our society in decline. We develop an ethos with and for our partners which accelerates awareness around the way people think, feel and respond, so that individuals and organisations can work at their optimum level of creativity and productivity whilst feeling good and seeing results.

We pride ourselves on working with inspiring, inventive, think-outside-the-box individuals. We are a highly skilled, experienced team of practitioners, therapists and industry professionals. We have a shared goal of mobilising positive change and fostering mental and emotional wellness.
